About The Gower Triathlon
The Gower Triathlon olympic distance event is set in the stunning location of Port Eynon. With sheltered blue flag water for the 1500m Swim, an amazing 37k Bike course and a 10k Run taking in parts of the award-winning beach! Event distances are as follows: 1500m Swim, 37k Bike, and a 10k Run.
Please note - photographic identification will be required at registration. Athletes without this may not be registered by the start time of the event.

Maximum of 400 entrants for this years event – mixed gender race.
Field of Play
A blue flag 1500m Swim, 37k Bike and 10k Run.
The Gower Triathlon can be entered by anyone who feels they are capable of completing the distances. There is gender separation, so men and women compete for first place in their respective category.
Officials are assigned along the majority of the route to ensure safety for cyclists through the traffic and also manning feed and water stations. There will be a sweep vehicle to pick up anyone still on the course. Most members of the crew are volunteers – if you wish to volunteer to help during the course of the weekend, click here.
